Weight Watchers Apple Oatmeal Pancakes
These pancakes are similar to the ones in your photo — soft, golden, and naturally sweet from apples. They’re flourless and very WW-friendly.
Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 2 apples, peeled and grated
- 2 eggs
- 150 g 0% Greek yogurt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
Instructions
- Blend the oats in a blender until they become oat flour.
- In a bowl mix:
- oat flour
- grated apples
- eggs
- yogurt
- baking powder
- cinnamon/vanilla if using.
- Stir until you get a thick pancake batter.
- Heat a non-stick pan and lightly spray with 0-point cooking spray.
- Scoop 2–3 tablespoons batter for each pancake.
- Cook 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown.
