Weight Watchers Apple Oatmeal Pancakes

These pancakes are similar to the ones in your photo — soft, golden, and naturally sweet from apples. They’re flourless and very WW-friendly.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 2 apples, peeled and grated
  • 2 eggs
  • 150 g 0% Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions

  1. Blend the oats in a blender until they become oat flour.
  2. In a bowl mix:
    • oat flour
    • grated apples
    • eggs
    • yogurt
    • baking powder
    • cinnamon/vanilla if using.
  3. Stir until you get a thick pancake batter.
  4. Heat a non-stick pan and lightly spray with 0-point cooking spray.
  5. Scoop 2–3 tablespoons batter for each pancake.
  6. Cook 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown.

  • Whole recipe: about 6 points
  • Makes 6–8 pancakes
  • 1 pancake ≈ 1 point

Serving Ideas (Low Points)

  • Top with 0% Greek yogurt
  • Add fresh berries
  • Sprinkle extra cinnamon
