- Cook the beef

โข Brown ground beef with onion & peppers
โข Drain if needed
โข Add spices and salsa
โข Cook until mixture is thick - Assemble wraps

โข Sprinkle fat-free cheese on top - Roll tightly like a burrito or enchilada
