The Best WW Blueberry Raspberry Cream Cheese Loaf

Soft, lightly sweet, and packed with juicy berries + creamy swirls 🤤

Ingredients (8 slices)

  • 1 cup self-rising flour
  • 1/2 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp granulated sweetener (like erythritol/Stevia blend)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup raspberries

Cream cheese filling:

  • 1/3 cup light cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 tbsp sweetener
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Line a small loaf pan.
  2. Mix flour, yogurt, sweetener, and vanilla until dough forms.
  3. Gently fold in blueberries & raspberries (don’t overmix).
  4. In a separate bowl, mix cream cheese filling until smooth.
  5. Add half the dough to the pan, spread cream cheese layer, then top with remaining dough.
  6. Swirl slightly with a knife for that creamy look.
  7. Bake 30–35 minutes until golden and set.
  8. Cool before slicing (so the cream layer sets nicely 😍).
