Pepperoni Pizza Pull-Apart Bread (Bundt Pan)
š Ingredients
⢠2 cups part-skim mozzarella cheese, shredded
⢠1 cup fat-free mozzarella cheese
⢠1 large egg
⢠¾ cup almond flour (or oat fiber for even lower carbs)
⢠1 tsp baking powder
⢠1 tsp Italian seasoning
⢠½ tsp garlic powder
⢠30 slices turkey pepperoni (low-fat)
⢠Cooking spray
Optional topping
⢠Extra turkey pepperoni
⢠Sprinkle parmesan (adds points)
For dipping
⢠½ cup sugar-free marinara (0ā1 point)

- Preheat oven to 375°F / 190°C.
Lightly spray a bundt pan. - Melt cheeses
Microwave mozzarella (both kinds) for about 60ā90 seconds until melted. - Make dough
Stir in egg, almond flour, baking powder, and seasonings until combined.
(It will be sticky ā thatās normal.) - Add pepperoni
Fold in chopped turkey pepperoni or layer it as you press dough into pan. - Fill the pan
Press mixture evenly into bundt pan. Add extra pepperoni on top if desired. - Bake 20ā25 minutes
Until golden and firm. - Cool 5ā10 minutes, then invert onto a plate.
- Serve warm with marinara in the center š
