CROCKPOT CHRISTMAS CRACK

Makes: ~60 small bites

Points: 2–3 points per piece (WW-friendly version)

✨ Ingredients (Low-Point Version)

  • 2 cups salted peanuts (or use unsalted to reduce points)
  • 1 cup Rice Krispies cereal (adds crunch with fewer points!)
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 lb sugar-free white chocolate chips (Lily’s or ChocZero)
  • 1 lb sugar-free semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp PB2 powdered peanut butter, mixed with 1 tbsp water (instead of full-fat peanut butter)
  • Optional: holiday sprinkles (use lightly)

✨ Instructions

  1. Spray crockpot lightly with cooking spray.
  2. Add peanuts, Rice Krispies, and marshmallows.
  3. Pour sugar-free white chocolate and semi-sweet chocolate chips on top — do NOT stir yet.
  4. Cover and cook on LOW for 1½–2 hours, stirring every 30 minutes.
  5. When fully melted, stir in the prepared PB2 mix until smooth.
  6. Drop spoonfuls onto parchment paper.
  7. Add a tiny sprinkle of holiday sprinkles.
  8. Let set completely — about 30–45 minutes.

✨ Tips for Lower Points

Skip sprinkles if you want the lowest points possible.

Use unsalted peanuts (lower points).

Use smaller scoops for 2-point pieces.
