WW Friendly Peanut Butter Bombs

These little bites are rich, creamy, and taste just like classic buckeyes — but made lighter and more WW-friendly
Ingredients (Makes 12 bites)
- 1 cup powdered peanut butter (like PB2)
- 3 tbsp sugar-free maple syrup
- 4 tbsp light cream cheese, softened
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2–3 tbsp unsweetened almond milk
- 1/3 cup sugar-free dark chocolate chips
- 1 tsp coconut oil
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix powdered peanut butter, cream cheese, syrup, vanilla, and almond milk until a thick dough forms.
- Roll into 12 balls and place on a parchment-lined tray.
- Freeze for 20 minutes.
- Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil until smooth.
- Dip each peanut butter ball halfway into chocolate.
- Chill until chocolate sets.
