WW Friendly Peanut Butter Bombs

WW-Friendly Buckeye Bites (Peanut Butter Bombs) 🍫🥜

These little bites are rich, creamy, and taste just like classic buckeyes — but made lighter and more WW-friendly 

Ingredients (Makes 12 bites)

  • 1 cup powdered peanut butter (like PB2)
  • 3 tbsp sugar-free maple syrup
  • 4 tbsp light cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2–3 tbsp unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/3 cup sugar-free dark chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp coconut oil

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix powdered peanut butter, cream cheese, syrup, vanilla, and almond milk until a thick dough forms.
  2. Roll into 12 balls and place on a parchment-lined tray.
  3. Freeze for 20 minutes.
  4. Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil until smooth.
  5. Dip each peanut butter ball halfway into chocolate.
  6. Chill until chocolate sets.

Tips

  • Use Lily’s sugar-free chocolate chips for lower points.
