WW Low-Point Bacon & Cheese Bites
Ingredients (Makes 12 bites)
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
- 1 cup reduced-fat mozzarella cheese
- 1/3 cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup self-rising flour
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Cooking spray
Optional Topping
- Light sprinkle parmesan
- Parsley flakes
- Garlic butter spray
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Spray a muffin tin lightly with cooking spray.
- In a bowl, whisk eggs and Greek yogurt until smooth.
- Stir in mozzarella, turkey bacon, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
- Fold in self-rising flour until combined. The batter will be thick.
- Divide mixture evenly into 12 muffin cups.
- Sprinkle a tiny bit of parmesan and parsley on top if desired.
- Bake for 18–22 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
- Let cool slightly before removing from the pan.

- About 2–3 WW Points each depending on your plan and exact cheese/bacon brands used.
Tips
- Use fat-free mozzarella to lower points even more.
- Add diced jalapeños for extra flavor.
- These reheat really well in the air fryer for 2–3 minutes.
