WW No Flour, No Sugar Oat Cake

🛒 Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas (natural sweetness 🍌)
- 1 apple, grated
- 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 cup oats (blended into oat flour for better texture)
- 5 tbsp nonfat plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp raisins (optional – adds points, can skip or reduce)
- 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
- 2 tbsp chopped walnuts (optional, adds points)
🍰 Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Line a small baking dish.
- Blend oats into a flour-like texture.
- In a bowl, mash bananas until smooth.
- Add eggs, yogurt, and grated apple. Mix well.
- Stir in cocoa powder, baking powder, and oat flour.
- Fold in raisins, seeds, and walnuts (optional).
- Pour batter into the pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes until set.
- Let cool before slicing.

- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 2–3 tbsp nonfat yogurt
- Sweetener (stevia/erythritol to taste)
