WW No Flour, No Sugar Oat Cake

🛒 Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas (natural sweetness 🍌)
  • 1 apple, grated
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 cup oats (blended into oat flour for better texture)
  • 5 tbsp nonfat plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp raisins (optional – adds points, can skip or reduce)
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • 2 tbsp chopped walnuts (optional, adds points)

🍰 Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Line a small baking dish.
  2. Blend oats into a flour-like texture.
  3. In a bowl, mash bananas until smooth.
  4. Add eggs, yogurt, and grated apple. Mix well.
  5. Stir in cocoa powder, baking powder, and oat flour.
  6. Fold in raisins, seeds, and walnuts (optional).
  7. Pour batter into the pan and spread evenly.
  8. Bake for 25–30 minutes until set.
  9. Let cool before slicing.

🍫 Optional Low-Point Chocolate Topping

  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 2–3 tbsp nonfat yogurt
  • Sweetener (stevia/erythritol to taste)
