The Best 4-Ingredient Crockpot Cabbage & Noodles

Ingredients:

  • 1 small head cabbage, chopped
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 1½ cups fat-free chicken broth
  • 2 cups cooked light egg noodles (or reduced-calorie pasta)

Instructions:

  1. Add cabbage + onion to crockpot.
  2. Pour in chicken broth (just enough to keep it moist, not soupy).
  3. Cook on LOW 5–6 hours or HIGH 3–4 hours until soft.
  4. Stir in cooked noodles at the end.
  5. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder (0 points).

💡 

Make it EVEN lower points:

  • Use Palmini noodles or shirataki noodles → almost 0 points
  • Or reduce noodles to 1 cup and bulk up cabbage
