1 DIY Store-Style Apple Snack Packs (WW Friendly)

Ingredients
- Fresh apples (any variety)
- Cold water
- Lemon-lime soda (Sprite or 7-Up)
Lower-Point Option (Recommended)
- Diet lemon-lime soda or
- 1–2 tbsp lemon juice in water
Instructions
- Slice apples into thin wedges.
- Soak in cold water for 3–5 minutes.
- Drain.
- Soak slices in lemon-lime soda (or diet version) for 3–5 minutes.
- Drain lightly.
- Divide into snack-size portions.
- Store in Ziploc bags in the fridge.
They stay fresh and bright much longer without browning.
Why This Works
The citrus + carbonation helps slow oxidation (that browning effect).
Using diet soda keeps it zero points and still works great.
2 Zero Point Ww Roasted Crispy Chickpeas Snack

- 2 cans (15 oz each) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- Salt and black pepper to taste

- ⅓ cup finely chopped pecans
- 3 tbsp powdered monk fruit or erythritol
- 3 tbsp light butter, softened

- 2 tbsp powdered monk fruit/erythritol (for rolling)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Toast chopped pecans for 5–7 minutes, just until fragrant. Cool.
- In a bowl, mix almond flour, toasted pecans, powdered sweetener, butter, vanilla, and salt until a soft dough forms.
- Roll dough into 1-inch balls and place on baking sheet.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes, until set and lightly golden on the bottom.
- Let cool for 5 minutes, then gently roll in powdered sweetener.
- Cool completely before serving — they firm up as they sit.
