WW Low-Point Oatmeal Raisin Cookies
Makes 12 cookies
Ingredients
- 1 cup old-fashioned oats
- ½ cup unsweetened applesauce
- ¼ cup granulated monk fruit or erythritol (or other 0-cal sweetener)
- 1 large egg
- ¼ cup raisins
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- ¼ tsp baking powder
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F / 175°C. Line a baking sheet with parchment.
- Mix all ingredients in one bowl until combined.
- Scoop into 12 portions, flatten slightly (they won’t spread much).
- Bake 10–12 minutes, until set and lightly golden.
- Cool completely — they firm up as they cool.
Points (approx.)
- 1 Point per cookie (some plans may even calculate to 0–1 depending on sweetener & brand of oats)
Tips
- Add extra cinnamon for more sweetness without points
- If you want them softer → slightly underbake
- If you want crisp edges → bake 1–2 minutes longer
