Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies

5-Ingredient Peanut Butter Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients:
1 cup peanut butter (smooth or chunky)
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup brown sugar (or sweetener of choice)
1 large egg
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter, oats, chocolate chips, brown sugar, and egg. Stir until well combined and the mixture holds together.
Drop spoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart. Flatten each cookie slightly with the back of the spoon.
Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown. The cookies will firm up as they cool.
Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely
