WW Green Chile Hamburger Helper (Low-Point)

Ingredients
- 1 lb 99% lean ground turkey (or 96% lean beef)
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup diced green chiles (canned, drained)
- 2 cups fat-free beef or chicken broth
- 1 cup water
- 1½ cups cooked protein pasta (Fiber Gourmet or chickpea pasta works great)
- ½ cup fat-free plain Greek yogurt
- ¼ cup fat-free shredded cheddar (optional)
- 1 tsp chili powder
- ½ tsp cumin
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Brown the ground turkey (or beef) with onion and garlic in a non-stick skillet.
- Stir in green chiles, broth, water, chili powder, cumin, salt & pepper.
- Add cooked pasta and simmer 3–5 minutes until everything is heated through.
- Remove from heat and stir in Greek yogurt until creamy.
- Top with fat-free cheddar if using.
