WW Golden Crisp “Better Than Bread” Waffles

Ingredients (Makes 4 waffles)
- 1 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup blended oats or oat flour
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp zero sugar maple syrup
- Optional: cinnamon or sweetener to taste
Instructions
- Preheat waffle maker and lightly spray with cooking spray.
- Mix all ingredients until smooth and thick like the batter in the photo.
- Pour batter into waffle maker and cook until deep golden and crispy.
- Serve with sugar-free syrup, berries, or light whipped topping.
