Radishes are a Zero Weight Watcher Point food and a great way to add flavor to your meals.

this recipe for easy kimchi is an easy to make and a great snack or perfect to add to rice bowls or soup. It includes daikon radish and it is a zero weight watchers point food!

Ingredients

  • 1 napa cabbage
  • 1/4 cup sea salt
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 1- inch ginger
  • 2 tbsp fish sauce
  • 3 tbsp gochugaru Korean chili flakes
  • 4 green onions chopped
  • 1 large daikon radish julienned

Instructions

  1.  Chop cabbage and soak in salt water. toss with salt. Let it sit 1–2 hrs, the rinse. Blend garlic, ginger, sugar, and fish sauce into a paste.
  2.  Mix paste with gochugaru, green onions, and radish.
  3.  Combine with cabbage. Pack into a clean jar.
  4.  Leave at room temp 2–5 days.
  5.  Taste daily. Once tangy, refrigerate + enjoy!
