Weight Watchers 3-Ingredient Salmon Patties (Very Low Points)

These super simple salmon patties are perfect for Weight Watchers. They’re high-protein, filling, and made with only 3 ingredients. Great for lunch, dinner, or meal prep!

Ingredients

  • 1 can salmon in water, drained (about 5–6 oz)
  • 1 large egg
  • ¼ cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mash the drained salmon.
  2. Add the egg and Greek yogurt and mix well.
  3. Form into 3–4 small patties.
  4. Spray a non-stick pan with cooking spray.
  5. Cook patties on medium heat for 3–4 minutes per side until golden.

Weight Watchers Points

  • 0–1 point per patty (depending on the salmon brand and your plan).
