Tuna Patties

High-protein, super filling, and perfect for meal prep!
📝 Ingredients:
- 1 can tuna in water (well drained)
- 1 large egg
- 1 tbsp 0% Greek yogurt (or mustard)
- 1–2 tbsp finely chopped onion (optional but adds flavor)
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley or dill (optional)
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- Salt & black pepper to taste
👩‍🍳 Instructions:
- Drain tuna really well (this helps patties hold together)
- In a bowl, mix all ingredients until fully combined
- Form into small patties (about 4–5)
- Cook using one of these methods:
- Nonstick pan: medium heat, ~3–4 min per side
- Air fryer: 180°C / 350°F for 8–10 minutes (flip halfway)
🔥 Tips for Perfect Patties:
- If mixture feels too wet → add a little more tuna or chill for 10 minutes
- Don’t use oil (or just a spray) to keep it 0 points
- Make them smaller → easier to flip + crispier
