Tuna Patties

High-protein, super filling, and perfect for meal prep!

📝 Ingredients:

  • 1 can tuna in water (well drained)
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tbsp 0% Greek yogurt (or mustard)
  • 1–2 tbsp finely chopped onion (optional but adds flavor)
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley or dill (optional)
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • Salt & black pepper to taste

👩‍🍳 Instructions:

  1. Drain tuna really well (this helps patties hold together)
  2. In a bowl, mix all ingredients until fully combined
  3. Form into small patties (about 4–5)
  4. Cook using one of these methods:
    • Nonstick pan: medium heat, ~3–4 min per side
    • Air fryer: 180°C / 350°F for 8–10 minutes (flip halfway)

🔥 Tips for Perfect Patties:

  • If mixture feels too wet → add a little more tuna or chill for 10 minutes
  • Don’t use oil (or just a spray) to keep it 0 points
  • Make them smaller → easier to flip + crispier
