Pepperoni Pizza Pull-Apart Bread (Bundt Pan)
🛒 Ingredients
• 2 cups part-skim mozzarella cheese, shredded
• 1 cup fat-free mozzarella cheese
• 1 large egg
• ¾ cup almond flour (or oat fiber for even lower carbs)
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1 tsp Italian seasoning
• ½ tsp garlic powder
• 30 slices turkey pepperoni (low-fat)
• Cooking spray
Optional topping
• Extra turkey pepperoni
• Sprinkle parmesan (adds points)
For dipping
• ½ cup sugar-free marinara (0–1 point)

👩🍳 Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F / 190°C.
Lightly spray a bundt pan. - Melt cheeses
Microwave mozzarella (both kinds) for about 60–90 seconds until melted. - Make dough
Stir in egg, almond flour, baking powder, and seasonings until combined.
(It will be sticky — that’s normal.) - Add pepperoni
Fold in chopped turkey pepperoni or layer it as you press dough into pan. - Fill the pan
Press mixture evenly into bundt pan. Add extra pepperoni on top if desired. - Bake 20–25 minutes
Until golden and firm. - Cool 5–10 minutes, then invert onto a plate.
- Serve warm with marinara in the center 💛
