I made a little extra creamy pb2 to drizzle on top. Makes 12 bars at 2 weight watchers points each
Ingredients
- Unsweetened applesauce
- 1/2 cup s
- Swerve Brown sugar replacement
- 1/2 cup s
- Egg s
- 1 item s (large), large
- Vanilla extract
- 1 tsp
- PB2 The original powdered peanut butter
- 1/3 cup s
- All-purpose flour
- 1 cup s
- Uncooked old fashioned rolled oats
- 1 cup s
- Baking powder
- 1 tsp
- Baking soda
- 1/2 tsp
- Light butter
- 1 Tbsp
Instructions
- 1 Preheat oven to 350F and spray a 9 inch square dish with some cooking spray.
- 2 In a bowl using an electric mixer mix together the apple sauce and 1/4 cup of brown sugar, add in the egg and mix well, then add in the peanut butter and vanilla and mix till well blended.
- 3 Stir in the flour, oats, baking powder and soda. Pour batter into the baking dish and spread out evenly.
- Bake for 30 minutes. Let cool and cut into 12 bars.
