Peanut butter oatmeal bars

I made a little extra creamy pb2 to drizzle on top. Makes 12 bars at 2 weight watchers points each

Ingredients

  • Unsweetened applesauce
  • 1/2 cup s
  • Swerve Brown sugar replacement
  • 1/2 cup s
  • Egg s
  • 1 item s (large), large
  • Vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp
  • PB2 The original powdered peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup s
  • All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup s
  • Uncooked old fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 cup s
  • Baking powder
  • 1 tsp
  • Baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp
  • Light butter
  • 1 Tbsp

Instructions

  1. 1 Preheat oven to 350F and spray a 9 inch square dish with some cooking spray.
  2. 2 In a bowl using an electric mixer mix together the apple sauce and 1/4 cup of brown sugar, add in the egg and mix well, then add in the peanut butter and vanilla and mix till well blended.
  3. 3 Stir in the flour, oats, baking powder and soda. Pour batter into the baking dish and spread out evenly.
  4. Bake for 30 minutes. Let cool and cut into 12 bars.
