Peanut Buster Parfait

Ingredients
- ½ cup Nick’s Vanilla Light Ice Cream
- 2 tbsp sugar-free hot fudge syrup
- 1 tbsp PB2 Powder, mixed with 1 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp dry roasted peanuts, chopped
- Optional: Light whipped topping
Instructions
- Spoon half of the vanilla light ice cream into a parfait glass or small bowl.
- Drizzle with 1 tablespoon of sugar-free hot fudge.
- Add the prepared PB2 mixture.
- Top with the remaining ice cream.
- Drizzle the remaining hot fudge over the top.
- Sprinkle with chopped peanuts.
- Add a dollop of light whipped topping if desired and enjoy immediately.
