Low-Point Weight Watchers Cheesy Garlic Toast

Points: about 1–2 points per slice (depending on bread)

Ingredients (8 slices)

  • 8 slices light bread (around 35–45 calories each)
  • ½ cup fat-free shredded mozzarella
  • 2 tbsp light cream cheese (softened)
  • 2 tbsp non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • Salt & black pepper to taste
  • Optional: pinch Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet and place the bread slices on it.
  3. In a bowl mix:
    • light cream cheese
    • Greek yogurt
    • garlic powder
    • onion powder
    • salt & pepper
  4. Spread the mixture evenly over each slice.
  5. Sprinkle fat-free mozzarella on top.
  6. Bake 8–10 minutes until the cheese melts and the edges get golden.
  7. Broil 1–2 minutes for that bubbly toasted top like in the photo.
  8. Finish with a sprinkle of black pepper.

💡 Even Lower Point Hack

Use 647 bread or other 1-point bread → then each slice can be just 1 WW point.
