Low-Point Ham & Swiss Biscuit Sliders

  • 2–3 WW points per slider (depending on cheese choice & dough)

🧾 Ingredients (makes 6 sliders)

  • 1 cup self-rising flour
  • ¾ cup nonfat Greek yogurt
  • ½ tsp garlic powder (optional)
  • 6 slices extra lean deli ham (low-fat if possible)
  • 3 slices light Swiss cheese (cut in half)
  • Butter spray or 1 tsp light butter (optional for brushing)

👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Make the dough
    • Mix flour + Greek yogurt + garlic powder until a dough forms
    • Knead lightly (don’t overwork it!)
  2. Shape biscuits
    • Divide into 6 pieces
    • Flatten slightly and bake at 180°C / 350°F for 12–15 min until lightly golden
  3. Assemble sliders
    • Slice biscuits in half
    • Add ham + half slice light Swiss
  4. Melt & finish
    • Place back in oven for 5 minutes until cheese melts
    • Optional: lightly brush tops with butter spray for that golden look ✨

  • Use fat-free ham or turkey ham
  • Choose ultra-light Swiss or reduced-fat cheese slices
  • Skip butter OR just use spray
  • Add mustard for flavor (0 points!)

  • A little honey mustard drizzle (adds 1 point if used lightly)
