🧾 Ingredients (makes 6 sliders)
- 1 cup self-rising flour
- ¾ cup nonfat Greek yogurt
- ½ tsp garlic powder (optional)
- 6 slices extra lean deli ham (low-fat if possible)
- 3 slices light Swiss cheese (cut in half)
- Butter spray or 1 tsp light butter (optional for brushing)

- Make the dough
- Mix flour + Greek yogurt + garlic powder until a dough forms
- Knead lightly (don’t overwork it!)
- Shape biscuits
- Divide into 6 pieces
- Flatten slightly and bake at 180°C / 350°F for 12–15 min until lightly golden
- Assemble sliders
- Slice biscuits in half
- Add ham + half slice light Swiss
- Melt & finish
- Place back in oven for 5 minutes until cheese melts
