- 1/4 cup brown sugar substitute like Swerve or Truvia
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 35 chocolate chips use lilys chips sugar-free or dark chocolate for fewer points
- 1/4 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
- 1/4 tsp salt

- Preheat oven: Set your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 12-cup muffin tin with paper liners or spray with nonstick cooking spray.
- Mix wet ingredients: In a bowl, combine applesauce, eggs, yogurt, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
- Combine dry ingredients: In another bowl, whisk together the flour, brown sugar substitute, and salt.
- Combine wet and dry: Slowly fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined. Do not overmix.
- Add chocolate chips: Gently fold in the mini chocolate chips.
- Portion batter: Divide the batter evenly among the 12 muffin cups.
- Bake: Bake for 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Cool: Allow muffins to cool in the tin for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
