Carrot cake muffins
These carrot cake muffins are just one weight watchers point each and soo decadently delish!
Ingredients
- Egg
- 3 large
- Banana
- 3 medium
- Baking powder
- 2 tsp s
- Table salt
- 1 tsp s
- Vanilla extract
- 1 tsp s
- Pumpkin pie spice
- 2 tsp s
- Walnuts
- ¼ cup s
- All-purpose flour
- ¼ cup s
- Uncooked rolled oats
- 2 cup s
- Good Protein Creamy vanilla all-in-one superfood shake
- 1½ serving s
- Splenda Brown sugar blend
- 1 tbsp s
- Shredded carrots
- 2 cup s
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together, first wet then dry
- 2 Bake at 375 for 22-25 minutes makes 12 muffins!
