- Self-rising flour
- 1⅓ cup s
- Plain fat free Greek yogurt
- 1 cup s
- Kosher salt
- 1 pinch es, or to taste (optional)
- 1 cup blueberries
Instructions
- Place the flour and yogurt and blueberries in a medium bowl; stir well with a wooden spoon until just combined and then keep mixing the dough in the bowl with your hands until smooth, about 1 to 2 minutes (if the dough is too sticky to knead, add 1 to 2 more tbsp of flour); let the dough sit for 5 minutes.

- Lightly coat the bagel tops with cooking spray; sprinkle each with a pinch of optional salt or other seasoning. Air fry at 350 degrees F for 10-11 minutes, until they are nice and golden brown. Gently remove the bagels from the air fryer and enjoy warm or at room temperature.
