WW Golden Crisp “Better Than Bread” Waffles

Low Point • Crispy Outside • Soft Inside

Ingredients (Makes 4 waffles)

  • 1 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup blended oats or oat flour
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp zero sugar maple syrup
  • Optional: cinnamon or sweetener to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat waffle maker and lightly spray with cooking spray.
  2. Mix all ingredients until smooth and thick like the batter in the photo.
  3. Pour batter into waffle maker and cook until deep golden and crispy.
  4. Serve with sugar-free syrup, berries, or light whipped topping.
