Low-Point Weight Watchers Cheesy Garlic Toast
Points: about 1โ2 points per slice (depending on bread)
Ingredients (8 slices)
- 8 slices light bread (around 35โ45 calories each)
- ยฝ cup fat-free shredded mozzarella
- 2 tbsp light cream cheese (softened)
- 2 tbsp non-fat Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ยฝ tsp onion powder
- Salt & black pepper to taste
- Optional: pinch Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC).
- Line a baking sheet and place the bread slices on it.
- In a bowl mix:
- light cream cheese
- Greek yogurt
- garlic powder
- onion powder
- salt & pepper
- Spread the mixture evenly over each slice.
- Sprinkle fat-free mozzarella on top.
- Bake 8โ10 minutes until the cheese melts and the edges get golden.
- Broil 1โ2 minutes for that bubbly toasted top like in the photo.
- Finish with a sprinkle of black pepper.
