WW Banana Cream Parfait Cups
Ingredients (makes 4 cups)
- 1 box sugar-free instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 ½ cups unsweetened almond milk
- 1 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
- 2 small bananas, sliced
- 2 tbsp mini chocolate chips
- 2–3 light graham crackers, crushed (or low-cal biscuits)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
- Zero-cal sweetener (optional, to taste)
🥄 Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk pudding mix + almond milk until thick (2–3 mins).
- Fold in Greek yogurt + vanilla → makes it extra creamy & high protein 💪
- In cups:
- Add pudding layer
- Add crushed graham
- Add banana slices
- Repeat layers
- Top with:
- A few banana slices
- Sprinkle of mini chocolate chips 🍫
- Chill 30–60 minutes for best texture.
