- Egg whites instead of whole eggs
- Unsweetened applesauce instead of oil
Cheesecake Layer
- 1 cup fat-free plain Greek yogurt
- 4 oz fat-free cream cheese, softened
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp zero-calorie sweetener
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

👩🍳 Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F / 175°C
- Prepare brownie batter using egg whites + applesauce
- Spread batter into lined 9×9 pan
