  • Ingredients listed on box, but substitute:
    • Egg whites instead of whole eggs
    • Unsweetened applesauce instead of oil

Cheesecake Layer

  • 1 cup fat-free plain Greek yogurt
  • 4 oz fat-free cream cheese, softened
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp zero-calorie sweetener
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
