Ingredients

  • 2 cups green beans (fresh or frozen, trimmed) – 0 points
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms – 0 points
  • ½ cup diced onion – 0 points
  • 1 cup fat-free cream of mushroom soup – 0 points
    (or homemade: blended mushrooms + unsweetened almond milk)
  • ½ cup fat-free plain Greek yogurt – 0 points
  • 1 tsp garlic powder – 0 points
  • ½ tsp onion powder – 0 points
  • Salt & black pepper, to taste
  • Optional topping:

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
