Broccoli florets, spinach, cheddar cheese, mayo, condensed mushroom soup, onions, topped with fried onions……. Delicious!!!!

Ingredients

  • 3 Egg s Lightly beaten 0 personal points
  • 10 1 ⁄2oz Pacific Soup Condensed, Organic, Cream of Mushroom 9 personal points
  • 1 ⁄3cup s Mayonnaise 18 personal points
  • 2 cup s Sargento Off The Block Reduced fat sharp cheddar cheese 25 personal points
  • 2 large Uncooked onion s, Cut up and sautéed 0 personal points
  • 6 cup Cascadian Farm Organic Broccoli Florets , Thawed 0 personal points
  • 10 oz Chopped frozen spinach
  • Thawed and water squeezed dry

  • 6 oz. Nature’s Promise Organic Gluten free crispy fried onions 35 personal points

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl combine 3 eggs lightly beaten, condensed cream of mushroom soup, mayo, cheese and onions. Fold in thawed and squeezed dry broccoli florets and spinach. Transfer to a 9×13” baking dish (prepared with baking spray). Cover the top with the GF fried onions. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
