Cream cheese frosted Banana Cake

Cream cheese frosted banana cake makes 20 hearty servings! Each serving is two weight watchers points This banana bread is so moist, you won’t believe there’s no butter or oil in it! Customize this recipe to your liking: Use your favorite dairy-based or other plant-based milk instead of almond milk.

Ingredients

  • All-purpose flour
  • 1½ cup s
  • Baking soda
  • ½ tsp s
  • Baking powder
  • ½ tsp s
  • Table salt
  • ¼ tsp s
  • Ground cinnamon
  • 2 tsp s
  • Banana
  • 2 medium Mashed
  • Fat-free skim milk
  • ⅓ cup s
  • Unsweetened applesauce
  • ¾ cup s
  • Swerve Brown sugar substitute
  • ¾ cup s
  • Egg
  • 2 items) Room temp
  • Plain fat free Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup s
  • Light cream cheese
  • 6 oz
  • Vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp s
  • Swerve Confectioner
  • 24 tsps

Instructions

  1. Mix applesauce and brown sugar together
  2. Add bananas, eggs and milk and whisk in
  3. Add yogurt and whisk
  4. Add dry ingredients and stir until there’s no lumps
  5. Pour into 8×8 pan and bake at 320 for about 35 min
  6. Let cake cool. Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla with hand mixer and frost cake when cooled
