Todays WW breakfast…so easy and delicious and Zero points! My husband stole more than one bite from me! 😆
1.) Mash two bananas.
2.) Whip (stir) in two eggs.
3.) Toss in a handful of fresh blueberries.
4.) Pour into a greased 16 oz. baking dish – I used a Ramekin/Soufflé cup
5.) Microwave for 3 1/2 minutes (or until cooked to desired firmness.)
Sooooo good – like bread pudding without the bread. ❤️
Easy Chickpea Salad
Ingredients 2 1/4 cups diced cucumbers (partially peeled) 1 cup diced (seeded tomato) 1/4 cup diced red onion 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice 1/2 tablespoon minced fresh parsley 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt and pepper (to taste)
