WW Chocolatw Chip Pumpkin Bars

Delicious cake like pumpkin bars and only 1 point!

Ingredients

Kodiak Cakes Power Cakes Whole grain buttermilk protein packed flapjack and waffle mix
2½ cup(s) dry mix
Baking powder
½ tsp
Baking soda
½ tsp
Pumpkin pie spice
2½ tsp
Canned pumpkin puree
15 oz
Vanilla extract
2 tsp
Water
¼ cup(s), Hot
Egg
1 item (s) (large), Beaten
Swerve Brown sugar replacement
¾ cup(s)
Lily’s Dark chocolate mini baking chips
(9 oz)
60 chip(s)
Unsweetened applesauce
½ cup(s)

Instructions
1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 9×13 pan with cooking spray.
2 In a medium bowl mix together Kodiak mix, baking powder, baking soda and pumpkin pie spice.
3 In a large bowl whisk canned pumpkin puree, hot water, apple sauce and sugar substitute until combined.
4 In same bowl add egg and vanilla extract and whisk again.
5 Slowly add dry ingredients into wet ingredients bowl just until combined.
6 Mix in half the chocolate chips. Add to pan and spread evenly. Will be thick. Top with remaining chocolate chips.
7 Bake for approximately 25-28 mins until toothpick comes out clean. Allow to cool to room temperature. Cut into 18 pieces.
