Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix:
- fat-free refried beans
- fat-free Greek yogurt
- taco seasoning
- green chiles
- salsa/rotel
- Spread the mixture in a small baking dish.
- Sprinkle the reduced-fat cheese and fat-free cheese on top.
- Bake 18–20 minutes until hot and bubbly.
- Add your toppings and serve warm!
