Weight Watchers Low-Point Cheesecake Brownies

Ingredients

Brownie Layer (low point)

  • ½ cup unsweetened applesauce
  • ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ¼ cup all-purpose flour
  • ¼ cup zero-calorie sweetener
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • Pinch of salt

Cheesecake Layer

  • 1 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 3 tbsp zero-calorie sweetener
  • 1 egg (or ¼ cup egg substitute to lower points even more)
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F). Line a small pan with parchment.
  2. Mix all brownie layer ingredients until smooth. Spread in pan.
  3. In a second bowl, whisk the cheesecake layer until creamy.
  4. Pour over the brownie base and swirl slightly with a knife.
  5. Bake 22–25 minutes, until set.
  6. Chill at least 2 hours before cutting into 16 squares.

    (If you use egg substitute or reduce cocoa to 3 tbsp → some pieces may be 0–1 point.)
