Weight Watchers Fried Bologna Sandwich

🛒 Ingredients (1 sandwich)

  • 2 slices low-point bread (1–2 pts total)
    Examples: 647 bread, Aldi Fit & Active, homemade 2-ingredient dough bread
  • 2 slices light or chicken bologna (0–1 pt)
    Look for reduced-fat or poultry bologna
  • Cooking spray (0 pts)
  • 1 tsp light mayo or mustard (0–1 pt)
  • Lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles (0 pts)
  • Optional: 1 slice fat-free cheese (0–1 pt)

🔥 Instructions

  1. Heat a nonstick pan over medium heat and spray with cooking spray.
  2. Cut a small slit in each bologna slice (prevents curling).
  3. Fry bologna 1–2 minutes per side until lightly browned.
  4. Toast bread in the same pan if desired.
  5. Spread light mayo or mustard on bread.
