- 7 oz turkey or chicken sausage, cooked & crumbled (2β4 pts total)

- Β½ cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt (0 pts)
- ΒΌ cup diced onion (0 pts)
- 1 small can diced green chiles, drained (0 pts)
- Β½ tsp garlic powder
- Β½ tsp smoked paprika (optional)
- Splash of water or unsweetened almond milk if needed

- Cook sausage in a nonstick pan until browned; drain well.
- Reduce heat to low and add cream cheese, yogurt, and green chiles.
- Stir until smooth and heated through.
- Mix in shredded cheese, onion, and seasonings.
- Add a splash of liquid if needed for desired creaminess.
- Serve warm.
