Sausage Cheese Dip

🛒 Ingredients

  • 7 oz turkey or chicken sausage, cooked & crumbled (2–4 pts total)
    Use lean breakfast sausage or Italian-style poultry sausage
  • 1 cup fat-free cream cheese (0 pts)
  • ½ cup fat-free shredded cheddar (0 pts)
  • ½ cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt (0 pts)
  • ¼ cup diced onion (0 pts)
  • 1 small can diced green chiles, drained (0 pts)
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika (optional)
  • Splash of water or unsweetened almond milk if needed

🔥 Instructions

  1. Cook sausage in a nonstick pan until browned; drain well.
  2. Reduce heat to low and add cream cheese, yogurt, and green chiles.
  3. Stir until smooth and heated through.
  4. Mix in shredded cheese, onion, and seasonings.
  5. Add a splash of liquid if needed for desired creaminess.
