THIS noodle free lasagna is just three points per serving! Many people ask what is a good substitution for pasta. Egg life wraps. They are spongy so I roll the out first to make them dense. Then you can use them whole for lasagna noodles or slice them into strips and use them as fettuccine or spaghetti.

Ingredients

  • Egglife Original egg white wraps
  • 6 wrap s
  • Harris Teeter Fat free ricotta cheese
  • 1½ cup s
  • Ragu Simply Traditional Pasta
  • Sauce No Sugar Added
  • 24 oz
  • Great Value Fat free shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375
  2. Cut egg wrapper into strips to fit the baking dish, layer sauce, noodles, ricotta, mozzarella and repeat until all ingredients have been used.
  3. Bake covered for 50 minutes, then remove from oven top with Mozarella and bake 10 more minutes. Remove from oven.
  4. Let rest 5-10 minutes. Cut in six servings
