- I finally made this cold No fuss bean salad. It is delicious! The salad is essentially 0 points as everything is 0 weight watchers points
- Ingredients
- 1 large can Rotel
- 1 can yellow corn
- 1 can white corn
- 1 can black beans
- 1 can chick peas
- 2 orange bell peppers
- 1 purple onion
- everything drained and rinsed
- 2 tablespoons white vinegar
- salt and pepper to taste
- Instructions
- In a large bowl, toss all ingredients until well-combined. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
- You can add more, less or none at all to taste. Enjoy ☺️
