Here’s a Weight Watchers-friendly cottage cheese NO BAKE protein packed cookie dough recipe that’s low in points and high in protein. This recipe makes a no-bake dough that’s safe to eat and perfect for a healthy treat. Two weight watchers points per 1/2 cup serving!!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup fat-free cottage cheese
  • 1/4 cup almond flour or oat flour for a different texture
  • 2 tbsp powdered peanut butter like PB2
  • 1 –2 tbsp sugar-free sweetener of choice like Stevia or monk fruit
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 70 mini lilys dark chocolate chips use sugar-free or dark chocolate for fewer points
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Blend the cottage cheese in a food processor until smooth and creamy.
  2. Transfer the cottage cheese to a mixing bowl and stir in the almond flour, powdered peanut butter, sweetener, vanilla extract, and salt.
  3. Mix until it forms a dough-like consistency. Add more almond flour if the mixture is too sticky.
  4. Fold in the mini chocolate chips.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for 15–20 minutes to firm up, then enjoy!
