  • ▢6 tablespoons plain Greek yogurt
  • ▢1 tablespoon nut butter, I used peanut butter
  • ▢1/3 cup frozen mixed berries

  • In a bowl, mix the yogurt and nut butter together until smooth.
  • Stir in the frozen mixed berries and let the mixture settle for 3-5 minutes before eating.
