French Dip Biscuits

Ingredients
- 1 can reduced-fat refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
- 8 oz lean deli roast beef, sliced very thin (96–98% fat-free if possible)
- 4 wedges Laughing Cow Light Swiss cheese (or ¾ cup shredded reduced-fat mozzarella)
- 1 small onion, thinly sliced (optional but great flavor)
- Cooking spray
Au Jus Dip (light version)
- 2 cups reduced-sodium beef broth
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- Black pepper, to taste

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment.
- Lightly sauté onions in a sprayed pan (optional) until soft.
- Flatten each biscuit slightly.
- Spread ½ wedge Laughing Cow (or ~1 tbsp cheese) on each biscuit.
- Add 1–1½ oz roast beef + a little onion.
- Fold biscuit edges over filling and pinch closed. Place seam-side down.
- Lightly mist tops with cooking spray.
- Bake 12–15 minutes until golden.
Make the Au Jus
- Add broth, Worcestershire, garlic powder, onion powder, and pepper to a small pot.
Simmer 3–5 minutes. - Serve biscuits warm with au jus for dipping.
