Not sure if anyone else has tried the egg whites recipe this way. these egg white protein buns are zero weight watchers points each! recipe makes four buns!
Ingredients
- 125 gm of egg whites from the carton
- 34 gm of unflavoured protein powder
- salt
- a half packet of stevia.
Instructions
- Whipped it to stiff peaks and blobbed it into circles on parchment lined cookie sheet and sprinkled with everything bagel seasoning. Baked at 400 for 8 mins and voila burger bun, sandwich bread or bagel for cream cheese.
