Egg white protein buns

Not sure if anyone else has tried the egg whites recipe this way. these egg white protein buns are zero weight watchers points each! recipe makes four buns!

Ingredients

  • 125 gm of egg whites from the carton
  • 34 gm of unflavoured protein powder
  • salt
  • a half packet of stevia.

Instructions

  1. Whipped it to stiff peaks and blobbed it into circles on parchment lined cookie sheet and sprinkled with everything bagel seasoning. Baked at 400 for 8 mins and voila burger bun, sandwich bread or bagel for cream cheese.
