1 cup cooked shredded chicken breast – 0 points
½ cup chopped bell peppers – 0
½ cup chopped zucchini or broccoli – 0
2 tbsp fat-free Greek yogurt – 0
1 tsp olive oil – 1 point
½ tsp garlic powder
Salt & pepper to taste
How to Prep

Add everything to a large zip-top bag.
Seal and gently massage until coated.
Lay flat in the fridge for easy stacking.
To eat

Microwave (leave a corner open) or
Dump into a bowl and eat cold like a salad.
