Chicken and Veggie Bowl

  • 1/2 cup onions, sautéed (use avocado or  olive oil spray)
  • 6 oz grilled skinless chicken breast
  •  Seasonings: garlic powder, paprika, black pepper
  • 1 can (about 1 cup) green beans, drained
  • 1 oz part-skim shredded  cheese

Instructions:

  1. Lightly spray a pan with oil spray and sauté onions until tender.
  2. Grill chicken breast seasoned with garlic powder, paprika, and pepper.
  3. Heat the green beans separately.
  4. Combine sautéed onions, grilled chicken, and green beans on a plate.
  5. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top and enjoy!
