Chicken and Veggie Bowl
- 1/2 cup onions, sautéed (use avocado or olive oil spray)
- 6 oz grilled skinless chicken breast
- Seasonings: garlic powder, paprika, black pepper
- 1 can (about 1 cup) green beans, drained
- 1 oz part-skim shredded cheese
Instructions:
- Lightly spray a pan with oil spray and sauté onions until tender.
- Grill chicken breast seasoned with garlic powder, paprika, and pepper.
- Heat the green beans separately.
- Combine sautéed onions, grilled chicken, and green beans on a plate.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese on top and enjoy!
