(I call these my blueberry cheese danish clouds my cloud pancakes.

they are light, fluffy, heavenly amazing airy pancakes- take the extra 5 minutes and make these! 

These are just three weight watchers points each -i like to use both reduced fat and fat free cream cheese – but you could use fat free and reduce these to 1 point each.

Recipe Notes

Ingredients and instructions for the cream cheese blueberry topping

ingredients

1/2 cup fat free cream cheese,
one egg
1/2 teaspoon of extract— I used almond today…
2 Tbls. of Swerve or whatever sweetener you choose…
1 cup frozen blueberries

Instructions
take 1/2 of a cup of whipped fat free cream cheese, whip that up with one egg and a 1/2 teaspoon of extract— I used almond today… and 2 Tbls. of Swerve or whatever sweetener you choose… beat it up until it’s combined…

Once you take your cloud breads out of the oven after 3 minutes, Make a little well with a spoon and put some of your cream cheese mixture into each cloud. About a tablespoon… Today I sprinkled some frozen blueberries onto the cloud breads making a blueberry cheese danish.

Bake for about 10 more minutes at 350… Each of our ovens vary so keep an eye on them. Check them after each five minutes.
These are sooooooooo good!! And pretty much all egg!!
