Weight Watchers Light Sweetened Condensed Milk

This version is much lower in points than regular condensed milk but still thick and creamy like the photo.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • ½ cup non-fat dry milk powder
  • 2–3 tbsp granulated sweetener (monk fruit, erythritol, or stevia blend)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • pinch salt

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan, whisk together almond milk and dry milk powder until smooth.
  2. Add the sweetener and salt.
  3. Cook over medium-low heat, stirring constantly for about 8–10 minutes until it thickens.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla.
  5. Let it cool — it will thicken more as it cools, like condensed milk.

Weight Watchers Points

  • 2 tablespoons: 0 points on many WW plans.
