Weight Watchers Light Sweetened Condensed Milk
This version is much lower in points than regular condensed milk but still thick and creamy like the photo.
Ingredients
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- ½ cup non-fat dry milk powder
- 2–3 tbsp granulated sweetener (monk fruit, erythritol, or stevia blend)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- pinch salt
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, whisk together almond milk and dry milk powder until smooth.
- Add the sweetener and salt.
- Cook over medium-low heat, stirring constantly for about 8–10 minutes until it thickens.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla.
- Let it cool — it will thicken more as it cools, like condensed milk.
Weight Watchers Points
- Whole batch: about 2–3 points
- 2 tablespoons: 0 points on many WW plans.
Tips
- If you want it extra thick like in the photo, simmer 2–3 minutes longer.
