Cornish Beef Pasties
Traditional Cornish pasties are usually very high in points because of buttery pastry. This lighter version keeps the flavor but swaps the crust for a low-point dough or wrap so you can enjoy them guilt-free.
Ingredients (Makes 4 pasties)
Filling
- 200 g extra lean ground beef (96–99% lean) – 3–4 pts
- 1 medium potato, diced small – 2 pts
- ½ cup carrot, finely diced – 0 pts
- ½ cup onion, diced – 0 pts
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce – 0 pts
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp black pepper
- Salt to taste
Low-Point Dough Options

Weight Watchers Points (approx.)
- Filling total: 4–5 points
- Dough (Greek yogurt dough): about 4 points total
✅ Per pasty: ~2–3 WW points
💡 Even Lower Point Trick:
Use egg-roll wrappers or low-carb tortillas and air fry them — you can get them down to 1–2 points each.
