  • 16 oz extra lean beef (96โ€“98% lean ground beef OR very lean sirloin, thin sliced)
  • 4 cups fresh broccoli florets (ZeroPoint ๐Ÿฅฆ)
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced (ZeroPoint)
  • 1 tsp fresh grated ginger (optional but ๐Ÿ”ฅ flavor)
  • ยผ cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce (optional โ€“ 1 point total)
  • ยฝ cup beef broth (fat-free)
  • 1 tsp cornstarch (1 point total โ€“ optional for thickening)
  • Cooking spray
  • Red pepper flakes (optional)

  1. Spray large skillet with cooking spray.
  2. Cook beef until browned. Drain if needed.
  3. Remove beef and set aside.
  4. In same pan, add broccoli + 2โ€“3 tbsp water. Cover and steam 3โ€“4 minutes.
  5. Add garlic + ginger, cook 30 seconds.
  6. Mix broth + soy sauce + cornstarch (if using).
  7. Return beef to pan and pour sauce over.
  8. Simmer 2โ€“3 minutes until slightly thickened.
